Rail Europe, the global platform for European train booking, has added Leo Express to its growing network of rail partners, further expanding access to Central Europe for international travellers and distribution partners.
Founded in 2010, Leo Express is a private Czech rail operator offering modern, affordable travel across the Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia and Germany. Through this new integration, Rail Europe customers can now book journeys connecting cities including Prague, Krakow, Warsaw, Ostrava and Olomouc directly through the platform.

New research reveals that almost one in four (23%) avoid reading their spicy novels in the open over fears of judgemental glances from strangers, with almost half (48%) admitting they feel stigma over it. Despite the nation’s obsession with romantasy novels being hotter than ever, with the category dominating the inaugural #BookTok Bestseller List, 59% of Brits feel people can be dismissive about romantasy as ‘serious’ reading.

Rail Europe is expanding its Swiss portfolio with the addition of a wide range of mountain excursions, now available to travel agencies and distribution partners through Rail Portal and API channels.
The new offering gives partners access to some of Switzerland’s best-known alpine journeys, making it easier to combine rail travel and mountain experiences within the same booking flow. Among the mountain excursions and panoramic rail experiences now available are Jungfraujoch – Top of Europe, Gornergrat, Pilatus, Titlis, Schilthorn, Glacier 3000, Matterhorn Glacier Paradise, Rigi, Säntis, Chäserrugg and Brienzer Rothorn, alongside scenic mountain destinations and rail experiences including Grindelwald First, Harder Kulm, Schynige Platte, Rochers-de-Naye, Stanserhorn, Stoos and Monte Generoso.
